Shared Sanctuary exists to help give you practical emotional reset and thought pattern coaching so you understand what is holding you back and gently dismantle and reframe thought conditioning and emotional looping. Providing you with the independence to regain control over the day to day experiences you live.
Many people arrive here quietly believing something is wrong with them. Often, what’s really missing isn’t another clinical explanation, it’s a human understanding of how to interrupt destructive thought patterns and emotional reactions in real time.
Shared Sanctuary was created from lived experience, not theory, and from years spent understanding that what once felt impossible to escape is often simply a pattern waiting to be recognised and reorganised.
This is a collective space- this isn’t therapy, coaching jargon or “just talk about it” - most approaches help you understand your patterns, I help you interrupt them and stop them repeating
Here, through steady support and thoughtful guidance, we help you recognise the patterns that quietly shape how you think, feel and respond to life. Who I Am
Thank you for being here, I am Salima.
For years, I lived inside a mind that would not rest.
Overthinking. Hyper-vigilance. A constant internal scanning for danger that no one else could see. From the outside, I functioned. From the inside, I was braced for impact.
I searched for answers in the places we’re told to look. Therapy. Self-help. Meditation. Coping strategies. Some offered insight. None gave me freedom. I didn’t want to manage my symptoms. I wanted to understand them deeply enough to dismantle them.
Everything changed when I stopped asking, “What’s wrong with me?” and started asking, “What did my nervous system learn and how is it still trying to protect me?”
That shift from shame to pattern recognition rebuilt my life.
I began connecting the dots between thought, emotion and physiology. I learned how survival responses form. How they reinforce themselves. And most importantly, how to interrupt them. Not by suppressing them, but by understanding them.
Shared Sanctuary Collective was born from that lived transformation.
I mentor from experience, not theory. I have walked through the extreme edges of anxiety and dismantled the patterns that once governed my life. What I offer is grounded guidance, psychological insight, and a structured path back to your own authority.
